Cabins are based on a guaranteed basis with the cabin number and location on the ship to be allocated at the discretion of the cruise line.  Shore Excursion credit is expressed per cabin and is valid for the first 2 passengers in the cabin. The credit is valid for booking excursions prior to the cruise. Any shore excursion credit not redeemed has no cash value and is not refundable.  The Shore Excursion Credit applies only to pre-bookable shore excursions and cannot be redeemed for any other services, products, or onboard credit. The credit must be used no later than fourteen (14) days prior to the sailing date.  After this time, any unused value will expire and cannot be reinstated or refunded.  The Shore Excursion Credit has no cash value, is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable, and cannot be redeemed for future cruises or onboard credit. ^A Celestyal Pay credit of up to €100 per passenger, is offered free of charge as part of this promotional offer, for the first 2 passengers in the cabin. The bonus credits typically provided for purchased Celestyal Pay amounts will not apply to this free credit. The Celestyal Pay credit is subject to the same terms and conditions as outlined for regular Celestyal Pay purchases, including its exclusive use for onboard food and beverage purchases, an 18% Food and Beverage service fee applies on every transaction, and credit is non-transferable and non-refundable for unused balances at the end of the cruise. Celestyal Pay value is valid for all food and beverage outlets only.   No refund will be given for unused transfers. Transfers cannot be routed to other pick-up points or destinations.  Luxury airport lounge access is only available in Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne, Perth and must be pre-booked.
